- Health and Safety updates (e.g., electrical maintenance at the swimming pool)
- Statutory notices (AGM notice, financial statements, changes in bylaws)
- Enforcement of society rules (violation notices)
- Community events within the premises (Holi celebrations, flag hoisting, food trucks, carnivals, etc.)
- Financial or operational updates such as common area maintenance bills, account statements, payment options, etc.
Note : Non-promotional communication will be delivered to all relevant residents, as these updates are essential for community operations and governance.
