What happens if I select “Non-Promotional”?
If an announcement or email broadcast is classified as Non-Promotional:
- It will follow the existing communication flow within the platform.
- It will be delivered to all relevant residents, regardless of promotional consent settings.
Note : Non-promotional communication typically includes essential community updates, operational notices, and other information necessary for the smooth functioning of the community.
