What qualifies as Promotional communication?

Promotional communication refers to any message shared by the RWA or community office that advertises, promotes, or markets a product, service, or offer—particularly when it benefits a third-party vendor or service provider.

Examples of Promotional Communication
  1. Advertisements from vendors such as security services, plumbers, internet providers, tutors, etc.
  2. Discounts, offers, or deals promoted by third-party service providers
  3. Messages encouraging residents to buy, enroll, subscribe, or avail services from a third party
  4. Commercial banners, flyers, or sponsored announcements from external vendors or partners
Note : Promotional communication will be delivered only to residents who have provided consent to receive such messages, ensuring compliance with DPDP regulations and respecting user communication preferences.
