What happens if I disable promotional consent?

Residents have the option to manage their communication preferences for promotional messages within the ADDA app. If you choose to disable promotional consent, the following changes will apply.

If you choose to opt out of promotional communications:

  • Promotional emails will no longer be delivered to you.

  • Promotional announcements via email and app notifications will not be sent.

  • Promotional banners will no longer be displayed within the app.

NOTE : Essential community updates and service-related communications will continue to be delivered without interruption, as these are mandatory for smooth community operations.
