What is the “Configurable Notes in Visitor Pass” feature?

This feature in the ADDA Admin Portal allows Admins to add custom notes that appear on Expected Visitor Passes. These notes help share important community rules or instructions with visitors, ensuring a smooth and informed entry experience.

Steps to Configure Notes:

Step 1: Log in to the ADDA >> Click on Admin.
Step 2: Navigate to ADDA GateKeeper → Setup → Resident App.
Step 3: Enter your desired text under Visitor Pass Note.
Step 4: Click Save to apply the changes.

Important:
The Visitor Pass Note cannot exceed 200 characters.

Example Use Cases:

  • Remind visitors about parking rules — e.g., “Please park only in the Visitor Parking Area.”

  • Provide entry instructions — e.g., “Kindly use Gate A for entry.”
