How do I troubleshoot/diagnose Visitor Approval notifications in the ADDA app?

Follow these steps to diagnose the issue:

Step 1: Open the ADDA App.

Step 2: Tap on the Bell icon (top right).

Step 3: Tap on "Missing out on a few notifications?"

The App will automatically check the required settings and permissions. and, It will suggest the necessary changes.

Once you apply them, you will receive a Test Visitor Approval notification.

If you are still facing notification issues, please try the following from the same page:

  1. Update the App to the latest version 
  2. Check the FAQ for phone-specific settings 
  3. Try logging out and re-login into the App
