Visitor Verification workflow

Step 1 : When the Security triggers the Visitor notification to the resident, the Gatekeeper application tries to reach the resident application for 55 seconds, and the app-to-app notification will be triggered simultaneously for all the unit members, by checking the notification on the ADDA app the residents can opt for Approve or Deny. ( The first response will be considered by the Gatekeeper application)

Step 2 : If in case there is no answer on the App to App notification, the system triggers the automated IVR to all the unit members, the residents can receive the call and opt for approval or denial by just pressing 1 or 2 ( The first response will be considered by the Gatekeeper application)

Step 3 : Even if there is no response on the IVR call, the security would be able to call the unit members right from the GateKeeper application ( provided this feature is enabled by the admin and there is a SIM card in the Security Phone) based on the security conversation with the unit members the security can approve or deny the visitor.
