What happens if I select “Promotional”?

If an announcement or email broadcast is classified as Promotional, it will be delivered only to residents who have opted in to receive promotional communications.
Residents who have disabled promotional consent will not receive or see the following:
  1. Promotional emails
  2. Promotional announcements
  3. Promotional in-app banners
Note : This ensures that promotional communication is sent only to residents who have explicitly provided consent, helping the community remain compliant with DPDP regulations and respect user communication preferences.
