As a resident, how can I remove an expected visitor that I previously added in the ADDA app?

You can remove an expected visitor from the ADDA app using either of the following options:

Option 1: From the Home Page

Step 1: Open the ADDA App

Step 2: On the Homepage, Tap on "View All" under Gate Updates

Step 3: In "Expected Visitor(s)", you will see the expected visitor's name

Step 4: Tap on “View All" to see the complete list

Step 5: Tap "Remove" below the visitor name

Step 6: Confirm the removal by selecting "Yes".

Option 2: From the My Unit section

Step 1: Open the ADDA App

Step 2: Tap on the "My Unit" tab (bottom menu, Door icon beside Home)

Step 3: Tap on "Gate Updates."

Step 4: In "Expected Visitor(s)", you will see the expected visitor's name

Step 5: Tap on “View All” to see the complete list

Step 6: Tap "Remove" below the visitor's name

Step 7: Confirm the removal by selecting "Yes".

The visitor will be removed from the expected list, and security will no longer be notified about their visit.

    Note: If a tenant currently occupies your unit, this option will not be visible to you as the owner.
