What is Community Tone and in what ways does it help improve your communication on the ADDA App?

We are excited to bring you Community Tone, a new AI-powered feature in your ADDA App that helps you communicate better within your community with clarity, respect, and confidence.

What is Community Tone?
Community Tone is your built-in communication assistant in the ADDA App. Whether you're posting a message or replying to one, it ensures your words are clear, respectful, and well-suited for a community setting.

How can Community Tone help you?
✅ Rephrase your message to sound polite and community-friendly
 ✅ Express your thoughts with greater confidence
 ✅ Detect and flag offensive or inappropriate words
 ✅ Suggest more positive or neutral alternatives when needed

How to Use Community Tone:
Using Community Tone is quick and easy:
Step 1: Open your ADDA App
Step 2: Go to the Community tab (3rd icon at the bottom)
Step 3: Tap the “+” button and select Conversation
Step 4: Start typing your message
Step 5: After typing 50 characters, you’ll see “Rephrase” and “Community Tone” buttons
Step 6: Tap them to view:
  1. A simplified version of your message
  2. A community-appropriate version
You will find the “Revert to Original” option at the bottom, indicated by a  refresh icon. Selecting this option will restore your original message, with any flagged offensive words (if applicable) highlighted.

You can revisit the AI options anytime to explore different variations of your message.
