How does the 'Leave at the Gate' delivery option work in ADDA?

The 'Leave at the Gate' option in the ADDA app allows residents to authorize the security team to receive and securely hold their parcels at the gate.

When this option is selected, the security guard collects the parcel on your behalf and stores it safely. Once the parcel is received, you will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) through an ADDA app notification. This OTP must be presented during collection for secure verification.

How to Find Your Parcel OTP in the ADDA App:

Step 1: Open the ADDA App
Step 2: Tap on ‘Gate Updates’ → then tap ‘View All’
Step 3: Go to the ‘Parcel’ tab to view your parcel details along with the OTP

Present the OTP to the security guard when collecting your parcel to complete the handover securely.
