What should I do if the delivery company I trust is not listed in ADDA?

If your preferred delivery company is not listed, you have two options:

  1. Allow all delivery companies automatically:
     Turn ON Silent Approval for all deliveries. This will allow all delivery companies to enter without manual approval, and you will receive an informational notification each time.

  2. Allow only specific companies:
     Enable Silent Approval only for the delivery companies you trust. Any company not on your approved list will still require your manual approval for entry.
