How does SmartPass QR Access work?
SmartPass QR Access allows authorised users to securely access approved locations using a QR code from the ADDA App. This feature is available in communities that use Face + QR Access devices.
How do I use SmartPass QR Access?
Open the ADDA App.
Go to SmartPass
Display your QR code.
Scan it at a supported access device.
Wait for access confirmation.
Why was my QR scan rejected?
Possible reasons include:
Access has not been granted to you.
Access to the location is restricted.
Time-based access schedules are in effect.
QR access has been disabled.
The access device is temporarily unavailable.
Can admins revoke or grant SmartPass QR access to access points?
Yes. Administrators can grant or revoke SmartPass QR access for a unit at any time. When access is granted, users can use SmartPass QR at the permitted access points. When access is revoked, SmartPass QR will no longer work at those locations.
If you believe your access should be available, please contact your community administrator for assistance.
