How can I make a partial payment in ADDA?
If you would like to make a partial payment (for example, paying only maintenance charges instead of the full invoice), you can easily do this using any offline payment method:
- Cheque
- Cash
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS)
- Demand Draft
Upload Your Payment Using “Already Paid”
After making the payment, there’s no need to visit the office or call the admin. Simply upload the details through the ADDA app or portal:
Step 1: Open your ADDA app
Step 2: Tap on My Unit (second icon on the home screen)
Step 3: Go to My Dues
Step 4: Tap Already Paid
Step 5: Fill in the payment details
This ensures the association’s admin can verify your payment and allocate it correctly to the right line items (e.g., maintenance, sinking fund, etc.).
Note on Online Payments
- Partial payments are not supported through the online payment gateway.
- If you have outstanding dues, the system will prompt you to clear the full amount.
- Online payments can only be made as advance payments (when there are no dues). These advance amounts will be automatically adjusted against future invoices.
