I’m seeing a blank screen on the ADDA app while trying to make a UPI payment. How can I fix this?

If you're facing a blank screen when attempting to make a payment via UPI on the ADDA app, it may be due to incorrect or missing contact information. Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

  1. Ensure your mobile number and ISD code are correctly updated in your ADDA app profile.

  2. You can update your registered mobile number by referring to this guide:

  3. Note:

  1. Make sure the mobile number entered is valid and includes the correct ISD code.
  • Only one mobile number should be linked to your ADDA account.
