I have made a payment for a facility, but it is still not showing as booked. What should I do?

If you have successfully made a payment but the facility is not reflecting as booked, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Verify your payment status under the ‘My Payments’ section in the ADDA app to ensure the transaction was successful.

Step 2: Occasionally, due to network delays or payment gateway issues, the booking confirmation may be delayed.

Step 3: If the booking is still not confirmed, please raise a Helpdesk request through the ADDA app or contact your Community Administrator for further assistance.
