How can Admin setup facility where booking can be done only after payment is made?

  • There is an option to make facilities available for booking only after payment is made. Once a booking is done, ADDA will hold the booking for 15 mins. If payment is not made within that 15 mins, system will cancel the booking and open up the booking calendar for others to book.
Login to ADDA -->> Facility & Activity -->> Setup -->> Facility -->> Search for the Facility and Click on "Edit" -->> Under Facility Booking Rules Section -->> Select the radio button for "Auto Cancel booking if not paid within 15 mins of Booking" -->> Once changes are made click on "Update Facility".
