How to Change Amenity Charges?


If your Association/RWA/Society decides to change the fees for certain amenities, please follow these steps to update it in the ADDA Admin Portal:


Step 1: Log in to ADDA >> Click on ‘Admin’ and navigate to Amenity & Event >> Setup >> Amenity  >> Active Amenities.


Step 2: Find the amenity you want to change and click on Edit >> Billing Details:


If your amenity is billed By Hour or By Date, click the box in front of ‘Owner’ and ‘Tenant’, then remove the
old charges and enter the new ones.

If your amenity is billed By Slot, click the box under ‘Cost for Owner’ and ‘Cost for Tenant’,
Then enter the new charges.

Step 3: Scroll to the bottom and click ‘Update Amenity’ to save your changes.
