How does amenity Cancellation Notification work?

KF Connect users can use this feature to choose which amenity slots they want to be notified about if there's a cancellation.

Step 1: Log in to the KF Connect app. Click "More" at the bottom right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Select " Amenities" from the menu. Click on the facility you want to book. Choose the desired date and time slot for your booking.
Step 3: If your desired slot is not available (already booked by a different resident), you will find a “Bell Icon” on the already booked slot. Click on the Bell Icon. A “Notify me!” tab will appear, Click ‘Yes’.

If this specific slot gets canceled by the user who had booked it in the first place, then you will get a notification alert informing you that the facility slot is now available for you to book.

Turn Off Cancellation Notification:
If you change your mind and do not wish to be notified anymore, you can simply click the bell icon again. This will give you the option to "Turn off Notification" for that slot. You will not receive any alerts if someone cancels their booking for that slot in the future.
