How does the "Makers-Checker" feature work?

How does the "Makers-Checker" feature work?

Maker: The maker is responsible for initiating a transaction or performing a task, such as entering data into a system, preparing a financial document, or executing a financial transaction. The maker is typically the person directly involved in the transaction or process.

When the "Maker" posts an entry, he will not be given a direct posting option; instead, he will be required to "Mark Entry to Verify." Once the maker clicks on "Mark Entry to Verify," the entry will be sent over to the checker for approval.

Checker: The checker is an independent reviewer or validator who verifies the work performed by the maker. Their role is to review the transaction or task completed by the maker for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations.

How the “Checker” process the entry ?

Login to ADDA Admin >> Income Tracker >> Member Income >> Maker Checker >> Click on process against the transaction >> Check the details >> Click on “Approve” in case you want to approve or “Reject” in case you want to reject.
