Why am I unable to book amenities in my community?

You may not be able to book amenities because your community has enabled a rule that prevents owners from booking amenities when their unit has an Active tenant.

This rule is meant to ensure that amenities are used by residents who are currently living in the community.

What does this mean for you?

  • If you are a tenant living in the unit, you can view and book amenities normally.

  • If you are an owner and your unit has an active tenant, amenity booking will not be available to you.

  • If you are an owner living in the unit or the unit is vacant, you can book amenities as usual.

If you believe this restriction has been applied incorrectly, you can contact your Community Admin directly through the Helpdesk in the ADDA app. Please follow the steps mentioned in the Helpdesk FAQ  to raise a request and connect with the Admin internally.
