I have made a payment for an amenity, but it is still not showing as reserved. What should I do?

If you have successfully made a payment but the amenity is not reflecting as reserved, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: To ensure the transaction was successful, verify your payment status under the ‘My Payments’ section in the ADDA app.

Step 2: Occasionally, due to network delays or payment gateway issues, the reservation confirmation may be delayed.

Step 3: If the booking is still not confirmed, please raise a Helpdesk request through the ADDA app or contact your Community Administrator for further assistance.
