How to Set Up and Print Tenancy Contracts in ADDA?

1. What is the new contract print feature, and Who can use this Feature in ADDA?
This feature lets admins generate standardized PDF contracts directly from ADDA.
No Word files. No Excel templates. No external ERPs. The system pulls data automatically and creates a ready-to-share contract.
Admins, Office Staff, and Moderators who have access to Contracts and Contracts > Setup.
Tenants and owners only receive the final PDF.

2. Where do I set up the contract format?
Log in to ADDA Admin Portal > Contracts > Setup
You will see two sections:
Customize Contract – Header title, general terms & conditions, signature labels (English & Arabic)
Landlord Details – Common landlord information used across all contracts

All fields are optional. If something is not filled, it simply won’t appear or will appear empty in the print.
