How to Access All Audit-Required Reports in ADDA

All key audit-related reports can be accessed and downloaded from the ADDA Admin Panel. Below is a breakdown of the report categories, their paths, and report numbers:

1. Financial Statements

Path: Admin Panel → General Ledger → Trial Balance / Financial Statement

Use the "Export All Transactions" option to download reports in Excel format.

2. Income Reports

Path: Admin Panel → Income Tracker → Reports

Includes the following:

Report No. 7: Member Invoices – Tabular Report

Non-Member Income → By Date

 Report No. 12: Income GST Report

Report No. 10: Advance GST Report

Report No. 8: Member Receipts – Tabular Report

Report No. 12: Income GST Report – For Remittance

3. Expense Reports

Path: Admin Panel → Expense Tracker → Reports

Includes the following:

Report No. 6: GST Report of Expenses

Report No. 7:GST Report of Expenses – For Remittance

Report No. 5: Expense Summary

4. Bank & Cash Reports

Path:Admin Panel → Bank & Cash → Reports

Includes the following:

Report No. 3: TDS Payable

Report No. 10: Cash Flow Report

Report No. 16:Bank Reconciliation Report – Format 1

5. General Ledger Reports
