How do I perform essential Admin operations like adding, removing, or updating access in ADDA?

1. How to remove an Admin from the Management Committee
Step 1: Log in to your ADDA Portal.
Step 2: Go to Admin → Units & Users → Access Control → Management Committee.
Step 3: Find the admin you want to remove.
Step 4: Click the trash (delete) icon next to their name.
Step 5: Confirm the removal when asked.


2. How to give or add Admin access to a Management Committee member
Step 1: Log in to ADDA → Admin → Units & Users → Access Control.
Step 2: Click Add Management Committee Member.
Step 3: Enter the member’s name and designation.
Step 4: Turn ON the Management Committee (MC) toggle if needed.
Step 5: After saving, click “Give All Module Access” to grant full admin rights, or select only specific modules as required.
Step 6: Click Add User or Save to finish.


3. How to change or update the Community Moderator
Note: Only the current moderator can make this change.
Step 1: The current moderator should log in to the ADDA Portal.
Step 2: Go to Units & Users → Access Control.
Step 3: Click Change Moderator.
Step 4: Choose the new moderator from the list and click Save.


4. How to find your Dedicated Account Manager
Step 1: Send an email from your registered admin or community email ID to support@adda.io.
Step 2: Use the subject line: Request for Account Manager Details.
Step 3: In the message, write: “Please share the dedicated account manager details for [Your Community Name].
Step 4: The ADDA Support Team will reply with your account manager’s contact details.


5. How to join the Admin Webinars
Step 1: Log in to your ADDA Dashboard.
Step 2: On the right side of the dashboard, click Admin Training Session.
Step 3: Click the provided link and follow the steps to register or join the live Admin Webinar session.
