The meetings module on ADDA allows you to reopen a closed meeting and update the minutes. Here is how the same can be done :

1. Go to Admin > > Projects,Meetings & Tasks >> Meetings >> Closed
2. Click on 'View' corresponding to the meeting.
3. Scroll down. Click on 'Reopen meeting to update minutes'.
