Steps to record Meeting Minutes:
1. Go to Admin >> Projects & Meetings > > Meetings >> Open
2. Click on 'Take Notes' corresponding to the meeting created.
3. Click on the link 'Agenda' to update meeting minutes and resolution.
4. Once meeting minutes and resolution updated, click on 'Save'
5. You may click on 'Finalize' to close the meeting and send the meeting report to all Invitees.
6. Here you will be able to see the meeting report. Scroll down. Click on the 'Send meeting report to Invitees' button to send the report to all attendees of the meeting.
If the meeting is not closed yet, meeting minutes can be edited by going to:
1. Projects & Meetings >> Meetings >> Open
2. Click on ‘Take Notes’ button
