How can I remove a member from my unit?
The steps depend on the role of the member you want to remove.
Removing an owner from your unit
If the member is listed as an owner, you won’t be able to remove them yourself. Only the HOA Board or HOA Management Team has permission to make changes to owner records.
To request this:
- Open the ADDA app.
- Go to HelpDesk.
- Create a support ticket with the details of the request.
Your HOA team will review and take the necessary action.
Removing a family member or tenant
If the member is a family member or tenant, you can remove them directly from the ADDA app:
- Open the ADDA app.
- Go to My Unit → Members.
- Select the family member or tenant’s name.
- Tap Remove Member.
- Enter the reason for removal and tap Submit.
The member will be removed from your unit once the request is submitted.
