How to remove a user (Family Member) added without an Email ID and Mobile Number?

If you need to remove a user who was added without an email ID or mobile number, follow these steps:  

Through the ADDA App

Step 1: Log in to the ADDA App.  

Step 2:  Click on “My Units” at the bottom of the Homepage. 
 
Step 3: Select the “Members” option.  

Step 4: Click on the three dots next to the user you want to remove.

Step 5:  Choose “Remove Member” and click on Yes.

Notes
Note: Only an Owner can remove "Owner Family" members and only a Tenant can remove "Tenant Family" members.

Through the ADDA Admin  Portal (Only for admins) 

Step 1: Log in to the ADDA Portal.

Step 2: Navigate to Admin >> Units & Users >> Approved Users.

Step 3: Select the unit number from which you want to remove the user.

Step 4: Under the Family Member section, click Edit Family Members.

Step 5: Click the Delete Icon to remove the user.

Step 6: Click Un-Assign to complete the removal
