How can an admin configure amenities so that clubhouse entry and exit can be managed using the GK app, while ensuring that residents cannot reserve these amenities in advance?

Add the amenity in ADDA using the steps here. How can Admin set up an Amenity on ADDA?

Step 1: Once the amenity is added in ADDA, go to ADDA Admin >> ADDA GateKeeper >> Setup >>  ClubHouse.

Step 2: Enable the check box against the amenity that has to be reserved only by admin under 'Do Not Show in amenity reservation for Users' >> Save.

Once this is done, only the admin can book the amenities for the residents, and the added amenities will be listed in the Gatekeeper application for clubhouse check-in and check-out.
