Will Guards Still Verify Visitors When Silent Approval Is Enabled?

Yes. Even when Silent Approval is enabled, security guards will continue to verify all visitors at the gate as part of the community’s security process.

Guards will:

  • Confirm basic visitor details

  • Capture a photo

  • Record the entry in the system

Silent Approval only removes the approval notification for residents in the ADDA application. It does not bypass guard verification or security checks.

Visitors will be allowed entry only after the guard confirms their details in the GateKeeper application. You will still receive informational notifications when a silently approved visitor enters.
