Why is unknown attendance showing under the staff manager on the ADDA portal?
Whenever the badge number doesn’t match the badge ID, the ADDA reports attendance shows it as “Unknown”, please ensure the same ID which is added in ADDA has been aligned to the staff.
The user needs to check the staff badge number, if the badge number differs the attendance will not be synched up in ADDA. and the Biometric device should be ONLINE ( Admin >> Staff Manager >> Setup >> Device management).
