Why can’t a single email ID be used to create multiple usernames or accounts in ADDA?

Why can’t a single email ID be used to create multiple usernames or accounts in ADDA?

In ADDA, email ID is a unique identifier.

If a resident owns units in multiple communities and attempts to create a profile in a second community using the same email ID but with a different name and phone number, the system will automatically override the new details and pull the existing profile information from the first community.

Example
Rahul owns a unit in Sharlow Paradise with:

Name: Rahul Sharma
Phone: 7777777777

He also owns a unit in Redwood Tranquility and tries to create a new profile with:

Email: rahul@gmail.com (same)
Name: Rahul S (different)
Phone: 9999999999(different)

The system will override and create his profile in Redwood Tranquility as Rahul Sharma with phone 7777777777  pulling data from his first community profile.

How to Solve?

If you own units in multiple communities and want separate profiles with different details:

1. Use a unique email ID for each community.
Each email ID is treated as a separate user profile in ADDA.
