Why am I unable to get ADDA emails to my Rediff account?

The Rediffmail server randomly bounces emails sent from apartmentadda.com. Multiple Support Tickets have been raised with the Rediffmail team with follow-ups but no resolution has been provided yet.

When an email bounces back from a server several times, we need to deactivate that email-id from receiving further emails. This is essential for apartmentadda.com to remain white-listed by other email servers.

We can only request our users to use any non-Rediffmail email-id.
