The ADDA Conversations  supports only 3 attachments.  Embedded images and attachments are considered the same.Please check on below :

1.Number of attachments not exceeding 3

For e.g. say 1 Pic is embedded & 2 attachments are added then system considers it as 3 attachments.

Anything beyond 3, the email will be unsent.

2.The file size should be 8MB max. You can attach files of type: Doc, PDF, docx, Excel etc
