Why am I unable to attach a file in Conversations on MyADDA?
The ADDA Conversations supports only 3 attachments. Embedded images and attachments are considered the same.
For e.g. say 1 Pic is embedded & 2 attachments are added then the system considers it as 3 attachments.
Anything beyond 3, the email will be unsent.
The file size should be 8MB max. You can attach files of type: Doc, PDF, Docx, Excel, etc
FYI: And the Notifications(The bell) is for a quick view of the emails sent to you.

While you are creating the Notice from My ADDA, once the notice is created under "Announcements" tab, click on edit >> check in the Detailed description text box & select “Insert Image”and upload your image.
