Why am I seeing ads in the Buy & Sell section when ADDA doesn't display advertisements?

ADDA does not display third-party advertisements in the app.

The Buy & Sell section is a dedicated community marketplace where residents can post items or properties for sale or rent. These are resident-created listings, not advertisements from ADDA or external advertisers.

This feature helps residents conveniently buy, sell, or rent items within their community, such as:
  1. Apartments or villas for sale or rent
  2. Cars and bikes
  3. Furniture
  4. Home appliances
  5. Electronics
  6. Other household items
Having a separate Buy & Sell section keeps the Community Discussion Board focused on important conversations, such as:
  1. Seeking doctor recommendations
  2. Finding local service providers
  3. General resident discussions
  4. Other neighborhood-related queries
By separating marketplace listings from discussions, residents can easily find what they're looking for while keeping community conversations organized and relevant.

Can the Buy & Sell Section be Disabled?
Yes. If your community does not wish to use the Buy & Sell feature, your community administrator can request that it be disabled.
