Why am I not receiving the OTP while making a Credit/Debit Card payment on ADDA?

If you are not receiving the OTP during your card payment, it may be because the mobile number linked with the payment gateway is incorrect or outdated (for example, it may appear as “+91 99999 99999” on the payment screen).

Please follow the steps below to update your contact number:

Step 1: On the payment page, after selecting Credit/Debit Card as your payment option, click the profile icon at the top-right corner of the payment window.
 Step 2: Select Accounts → then click Edit Contact Details.
 Step 3: Enter your correct mobile number and click Continue.

After updating your number, try completing the payment again. You should now receive the OTP on your registered mobile number.
