Who can view the documents I upload on the ADDA app?

By default, documents uploaded through the ADDA app are visible only to the Management Committee. However, you have the option to control who can access each document at the time of upload.

To upload and manage document visibility, follow these steps:

Step 1: Open the ADDA app and tap on "My Unit."
Step 2: Scroll down and select "Documents."
Step 3: Tap on "Add Documents" and choose the visibility settings as per your preference:

  • Visible only to Management Committee (default)

  • Visible to other Unit Members

  • Visible to all Society Members

Note: Make sure to select the appropriate visibility setting before uploading the document.
