How to remove an old Resident who sold out/vacate a flat and new Resident moves into a unit?

How to remove an old Resident who sold out/vacate a flat and new Resident moves into a unit?

Please find below the steps to be taken in case when a user(Owner/Tenant) is moving out of the unit and a new user(Owner/Tenant) is moving into the unit.

Step 1: Deactivate the old user account.

 Login to ADDA -->> Admin -->> Units & Users -->> Approved Users -->> Search for the user -->> Click on the name and on the right hand side you will find an option to “Deactivate the user”. Once done the user will be deactivated and listed under “Units & Users -->> De-activated” tab.

Step 2: Create new account for the moving in user.

 To add new resident account: Login to ADDA -->> Admin -->> Units & Users -->> Add Users.


Step 3: Update Bill-To name.

To update Bill-to-name: Login to ADDA -->> Admin -->> Units & Users -->> Approved Users -->> Search for the Unit No and click on the same-->> on the right hand side Click on “View More/Edit Unit Details” Hyperlink -->> Enter the new “Bill To name”-->> Click on “Update”.
