What is the process of integrating a biometric device with ADDA and Its benefits?
To connect the biometric device with ADDA, customers are required to contact support@adda.io, and the team will respond promptly.
Additionally, please purchase a compatible device for seamless integration with ADDA.
This integration brings the advantage of minimizing manual efforts in staff check-in and check-out processes. The data will be automatically populated in the ADDA Portal, accompanied by notifications to users in the ADDA Resident App.
