What is the difference between Member and Non Member Income?
Member Income:
This refers to revenue generated from the members of the apartment community or residential association. Members are typically the residents or homeowners who are part of the community.
Member income sources may include monthly maintenance fees, Move in/out fees, parking fees, or any other charges or fees that are collected directly from the residents or homeowners.
Non Member Income:
This refers to revenue generated from outside the community members. It could include income generated from renting out common areas for events, leasing commercial spaces within the community, or any other income sources that are not directly related to the individual members' contributions.
Non-member income could also include revenue generated from amenities or services provided to non-residents, such as renting out community halls or facilities to external parties.
