What is an "At Home" Number?

The "At-Home" number is the contact number that security guards use to call and request approval for visitor check-in when there is no response through app-to-app notification or IVR Call . 
This number can be a landline or any number for someone available to take calls in the unit.

How do I add my "At Home" number in the ADDA app as a resident?

Open the ADDA App >> Tap on More >> Select At-Home Number >> Add the number from your contacts or enter it manually >> Tap Add.
