What is Silent Approval in the ADDA App?
Silent Approval allows certain visitor categories, like Delivery, Cabs, Home Services, or Guests, to enter your community without asking for your approval each time.
When Silent Approval is enabled, you will still receive informational notifications about their check-in, but you won’t get approval requests for those visits.
All such visits are automatically recorded in your My Visitors list for easy tracking.
Example: If you enable Silent Approval for “Delivery,” your delivery agents can enter directly, and you will just get a notification that the delivery agent has arrived.
