What is Panic Alert? How do I raise it using the ADDA App?

Panic Alert is designed to inform your near and dear ones instantly in times of danger and send immediate help your way. It helps to have access to a system that is designed to send help instantly during your emergency periods.

All you need to do is raise an Alert right from your App, with just a three-second button press. Open your ADDA App and go to the "Home" tab and click on the "Panic" button.

When you raise an alert, it triggers a Panic Alert Notification to your Community Security Guard and your Unit Members. Once the security guard sees the alert, he/she can respond to you immediately and provide the required assistance.

   
You can also choose to notify two of your neighbours and two of your friends. Thus, whenever you raise an alert, they will get an SMS with your contact details. If not Panic Alert you can reach "Emergency Contacts" too.

One can configure the panic alert by going to ADDA App -->> click on the Panic Alert option -->> Configure.
