The Overdue Accrued Penalty is a late fee charged when maintenance payments or other dues are not paid by the due date. These penalties are calculated based on the rules set by your association. ADDA supports different types of penalty calculations, such as:

  • Simple Interest

  • Flat Penalty

  • Simple Interest + Flat Penalty

  • Daily Interest

These charges are automatically added to your outstanding balance if payments are delayed.

How to check your penalties in the ADDA App:

  • Step 1: Open the ADDA App.

  • Step 2: Go to the My Unit section.

  • Step 3: Tap on My Dues.

  • Step 4: Under Open Invoice, you’ll see your pending invoices, including any overdue penalties.

This helps you stay informed about your account and avoid additional charges.
