What If My Visitor Is Already Expected?

What If My Visitor Is Already Expected?

If a visitor is already expected or pre-scheduled using the Invite Visitor feature in the ADDA application, their entry will follow the expected visitor process, regardless of Silent Approval settings.

This means:

  • You will not receive an approval notification when the visitor arrives, as the visit is already authorized.

  • The visitor can enter using the entry code you shared.

  • You will still receive an informational notification once the visitor checks in at the gate.

Silent Approval mainly applies to unplanned visits such as food deliveries, cabs, or on-demand services. Expected or pre-approved visitors always follow the standard expected visitor flow.
