We are no longer subscribed to ADDA. Can we download the old data?

Once Subscription is discontinued, ADDA discontinues data retention, in keeping with our Terms and Conditions. https://adda.io/terms/terms-and-conditions

In case the subscription has been discontinued recently, a re-activation may be possible subject to conditions. Re-activation charges may apply. Please write to support@adda.io to find if this is possible for your community.
