The biometric device is online, but entries are not being recorded/Synced with the Gatekeeper app.
Please raise a support ticket if your biometric is visible online under staff Manager >> Device Management.

Staff marked attendance through the biometric, but it doesn't reflect on the ADDA portal. What could be the issue?
The user needs to check the staff badge number, if the badge number differs the attendance will not be synched up in ADDA. and the Biometric device should be ONLINE ( Admin >> Staff Manager >> Setup >> Device management).
