How does the QR Code-based Asset Management work?
(1) Print the QR code of the Asset and past it on your community assets, this way assets are easier to manage and all details relevant to assets are available in one place.
Login to ADDA -->> Admin -->> Assets & Inventory -->> Assets -->> Click on "More Details" against the asset -->> Below the Assets picture you will find " Print Asset QR Code".
(2) Your staff or other Admins can scan the QR code stuck to any asset, view asset details, and report the snag instantly, without any delay. Photos can also be attached for easy reference.
When clicked on "Report Snag" it will ask you for all the details on the issue with the asset and it will automatically create a Helpdesk request under the "Asset Snag" category. You can click on "View Details" if you wish to know more details on the assets.
